Not too long ago I went for hyaluronic acid injections. EUFLEXXA... Three injections in each knee over the course of six consecutive weeks. You can do it in 3 weeks if you want both knees injected at the same time. Within a month after the treatment there was a noticeable improvement. My discomfort level has decreased by at least 50%. Certainly made Doggystyle on the bed with my girlfriend. Where she's on all fours and I'm on my knees all pleasure and no pain... No they did not do that one. Supposedly, this is to help the cartilage grow and heal the joint. Will find out how it works as time goes on.

You can still do cowgirl with the aid of firm pillows. Just build your partner up by placing six pillows under him, lengthwise, three undr his hips and three under his head and shoulders. This will relieve the pressure on your arthritic knees, and allow for the clit grinding only cowgirl can bring. And if you need more than six pillows, add two more.
