During a stressful work week on your 1 hour lunch break. Instead of your typical lunch break, you go and satisfy your hunger in a different way that would benefit and stimulate everyone involved. Right after that 1 hour of satisfaction, you used that euphoria to complete the work day, thanks to that special 1 hour lunch break
