So, as a white guy I've always had a dick squarely in the "average" range size wise. Like most guys I've measured my dick numerous times and when I have a hard on it's right at 6". I've measured it at "raging hard" up to 6.5" so that's what I say I have.

Maybe you just gained some weight, I know I lost about an inch after gaining sympathy weight (that I still have) when my wife was pregnant with our first kid. I don't know if this helps, but it might not be permanent. Sleep, diet, exercise, smoking, alcohol, hydration, body mass, testosterone levels, the frequency and duration you get erections, medication that affects circulation, etc. could all be factors.

I'm about 5.5", up to maybe 6" on a good day. But I'm an insomniac whose wife keeps his dick locked in small cages, and I take ******* to treat ADD. If I've been locked up for a long time, and it's my first day back on ******* after say a weekend without taking it, and I haven't been sleeping well or getting as much exercise, the combination is *******. I can tell you one thing, as I’ve aged, I’ve gotten smaller. Not sure if that’s more estrogen and less testosterone in my system or just from the aging process in general, but I’m clearly not what I once was size wise. I was never big clocking in at about 5 3/4 inches in my teenage years. By now I’m approaching 50 and my penis is just about 4 inches fully erect. Clearly in the small to very small end. It’s even thinner than it was as well. It’s become pencil like thin.
