I’ve always wondered why people are afraid to give out kik? Can you explain?

Not afraid to give it out. It’s a matter of having too many people in the list. Plus, Kik erases messages after a certain amount of them. I like to review entire conversations; since I tend to get quite a few, it can be confusing.

and if they don't .. well that's your first red flag

I agree kik is very safe and discreet and nog tied to personal information and you can always block people who get crazy

I always start conversations on B2W. I try to give everybody a chance. If I end up liking them, I’ll move the conversation to Kik. We used to open a separate three way chat on B2W, but Kik is so much more convenient! Plus, people can verify authenticity with camera shots.

I don’t give out kik because I don’t use kik... my reasoning is simple. I don’t need more notifications popping up on my phone, nor another place to go and check for messages
