The first (left) of them demonstrates very well indeed a very important but little-known fact that has been firmly established by pelvic ultrasonography and CAT scans of copulating couples, the first scientific study of those being of young Dutch couples.
The fact being that when a couple fucks in the missionary position, in full-depth penetration by the man with his pelvis in a "neutral" position---that is with him thrusting reasonably directly in the long axis of the reclining woman's body, and more so with the long axis of his erection inclined somewhat or more sharply vertically---the head of his erection almost invariably comes to occupy the anterior (
not the posterior) fornix of the vagina; that is the easily stretchable space in
front of the woman's cervix. This usually results, as shown in the left-hand illustration, in the body of her womb being driven backwards and then tipped downwards, which has the important consequence that the man's largely downwards-pointing cumslit can, especially at less than balls-deep penetration, depending on cock-length, easily deliver his spurts of semen against, or sometimes directly into, the opening of her cervix.
Of course, when the man thrusts more or less directly downwards from a higher position of his pelvis above the woman's, a maximal inthrust results in the head of his erection ending up lodged in her equally distensible posterior (rather than her anterior) fornix and, if the erection is even moderately long, lifts and tips the body of the womb upwards towards her lower belly wall, sometimes so far in that direction that her womb comes to lie with its front lying against the top of her urinary bladder.
In whichever alignment---longitudinal or more or less upwards or downwards---of the long axis of his erection the man chooses to ejaculate in the missionary position, one or other fornix ends up having the bulk of his ejaculate pumped into it.
Of course after the man has withdrawn his cock, if the woman remains lying on her back the bulk of his semen forms a pool in the
posterior fornix into which the usually fucked-open mouth of the woman's cervix---previously tipped first forwards then somewhat backwards in the direction of her pubes by the impact of the head of the thrusting cock---comes to dip and, if her womb happens to be still orgasmically contracting, sucks up some of the man's ejaculate into the cavity of her womb.
