4 and 2 here so the oldest just started preschool. Both my husband and I are considered to be essential though so during the day they spend time with grandma and then we spend time with them at night and on the weekend. Usually my husband and I go back and forth so we each get to go out one night during the week and exceptions can be made for other events.
