Why should we care what Chile thinks? A country that we give virtually no foreign aid to, which 10% of us respect. Probably becuase only 10% of us are aware of this.
We actually do care what people that matter in Chile think, and they are largely in favor of Trump. Not sure about the rest, or why it matters.
