IMO ... she's seeing this request of yours as something you want for "yourself" ... not HER. I can't help but think that when someone has only had ONE sex partner in their whole life, that they don't occasionally wonder what sex with someone else would be like. Hubby was my first, and once I lost enough weight to gain some self-confidence, yes, I was curious about what I had missed out on. Thankfully, the conversation we had brought us closer together, rather than pushed us apart. I'm glad we talked about it so that, when it happened, it was with his blessing. If I had done it behind his back, I know I wouldn't have been able to live with the guilt.

I believe that if you're really true to yourself and being genuine that it shines thru to the person on the other end and they might very well understand and maybe even agree with you. Takes a lot to do that, but every time I've done, good things have happend!
