For the purposes of who you might actually meet, it does not. To the above point, there might be a handful of guys out of the 3+ billion on Earth who are that big, but my experience is that even hung guys will embellish. Part of this is, if every other hung guy is claiming 10 inches or more, can you afford to be honest and say a little under 8 and thick (which is really very hung) when the other guy is bragging about 10?
