For the guys who do share their wives, they're morally corrupt, many wish they'd never have done so but its too late, they dont love their women, they're losers in other aspects of their life, they're empty, they dont have stable families, OR they're OK with black guys doing their wife because they dont see black guys as competition, i.e they subconsciously dont really think black guys are aesthetic enough to be a real source of competition.

I wouldn't mind legitimate criticism if it was literate and informed but under no circumstances, should you be in the mixed company of relatively intelligent people or allowed out of the mental ward you are currently inhabiting. Please start taking your meds, go back to school and get a rational understanding of the issue you are trying to communicate. Because the folks on BtW don't respond or care to listen to the ranting of a paranoid, schizophrenic..later

Is it really humor or ???

I understand that none of this is coming from a pace of hate nor intended to be anything other than funny by the poster, however, how much is rooted in hate and being mindlessly perpetuated?

I love the "Pearly Gates" that was in a previous post. It pokes fun at the stupidity of irrational hate without being derogatory to anyone other than the chronically stupid.

Now look at the ones in this post. The first two are fine as they are reversals of the stereotypes based on sexual activity, nothing pro or con regarding personal worth based on race, sexual identity or other. Just what's good for the goose ...

What about the last two? Well they are both good examples of perpetuating stereo types, but are they really humorous?

In "Knock Up a Black Chick", even while getting their "revenge" white guys are depicted as having smaller dicks than black men: "Black Chicks prefer Quality over Quantity" and black men are noted as being inferior to whites.

Then look at the last: "It's white bois "only" for me 'cause, "Black men can't be loyal to nothin' but demselves."".
Between the look on her face and the second half of the caption, there doesn't seem to be anything subliminal about it. It's pretty much in your face: Black men aren't dependable.

Dig a little deeper: white men are effeminate "bois" compared to black men, black men have lower moral values than whites and blacks are uneducated. All valuable concepts worthy of perpetuating in the cause of humor, right?

Oh yeah, the humor, I apparently missed it. Could someone explain what was funny about it???:confused:

Yeah, I guess it all depends upon who's being gored by the bull ... right? Some who dish out the jokes & puns get really sensitive when suddenly they find themselves the butts of the jokes. Ain't funny then, not to them ... suddenly it becomes remarks with "deep seeded racial" overtones.

willsrvu ... I haven't seen you making a big deal out of the 100's of comments, jokes & puns being constantly made about "white bois" as we are referred to, here ... maybe if this makes a few people "think" before posting some of their insensitive remarks, this thread will have accomplished a good purpose. :)

Being that I'm white and don't post jokes to these threads (although I do turn a phrase here and there if I see the opportunity), I don't think I'm sensitive about being the butt of these jokes.
I just don't understand what the humorous aspect was suppose to be. I don't understand it if the races are reversed, either. Could just be I'm blind to the punchline.

You are correct, I didn't bother to jump on that crap, which, perhaps, I should have and probably will in the future, but I tended to ignore it because it is primarily "white bois" who post crap about "white bois". :rolleyes:

I agree if it makes people think it's a good thing, however, I have a feeling that those who need to think the most, won't. :unsure:
 
Folks, as a BLACK man sensitive to racial epithets, whether from black or white..I can understand that not everyone will understand the facetious aspect to the thread...It's no worst then Black comedians, finding a story where a white guy is the butt, or the White comedian using a black guy as comedic relief (e.g. Jerry Seinfeld and the recurring character of the marginally competent Black lawyer for Kramer)...We have to laugh at ourselves periodically, yes we do have to be careful when and how the line is crossed, and whether the intended audience will understand..Outside of a few trolls, the reason I come back on a regular basis is not the porn shots (which all in all are fairly boring and routine), but the interplay of folks like Mariposablanca, Virginia Knight, Torpedo, BM_South Jersey, Blackmeat, MacNFries, crazy ass Hedonist Ninja, and many others who contribute either through pics or postings..So let's keep this thing going, keep the laughs and good feeling going..I am surprised at the number of folks who are reading the various posts and liking the site...we got something good here..let's keep rolling..OldSchoolPlayer25
