I’m really not a fan of black men and white women in relationships/getting married. I admit I’m way too jealous for that.

Every time I see them as a couple, holding hands.. I’m like that’s another black guy we’ve lost. I think to myself- for every black guy in a relationship with a white woman, that’s another black woman single.

This is very close to how I feel, but from the perspective of a white cuck male and not a black female like yourself. I would love for my white gf/wife to fuck with the strongest alpha black men out there, with me being active in helping her find these dominant black males. What really makes them different? I agree that hair color can be dyed. Eye color can be hidden with colored contacts... But it is all about Appearance. Some things can be changed. Some can be changed but not so easily. Some things, cannot be changed at all.
They are all superficial appearances. You can be proud of your heritage, but are not defined by your color - or by any assumption made by it.
You might say my analogy limps. Fair enough... What about Nose shape? Hair nature? I think they are close enough. Let's be real a moment... many people could change their weight, but do they really? Do They?
Does a person of any race need to conform to only dating that race, in spite of who they can be attracted to?
Are races so different from each other, that a person must fear some kind of Genetic dilution?
You can see the slippery slope the above two questions point toward.

I don't understand why you would be jealous of, for example a BM/WF couple who are holding hands. Why not be happy for them? And why would their relationship produce any feelings in you at all? Isn't their relationship no one else's business?

Also the notion that "for every black guy in a relationship with a white woman, that’s another black woman single" presupposes that the only romantic options for Black women are Black men. Clearly, that isn't the case today. The rules these days in the dating world is: THERE ARE NO RULES. The artificially-imposed barriers are gone. We're free to pursue whomever we desire. Isn't that a good thing?

It's interesting that you're persuaded by self-manufactured beliefs and attitudes. Jealousy is counter-productive. Perhaps a reexamination of those beliefs and attitudes might be in order.

I agree with your attitude and all that you said in principle.
The quoted statement, however, I disagree as to whether it is true in society.
There was a time when a black man paying any attention to a white woman... was more than just frowned upon.
For example: Emmett Till.
Not only was he brutally murdered, his murderers were acquitted because they were "fine, upstanding white men."

Things have improved a lot since then.
Black people can sit anywhere they want on the bus. Or dine wherever they choose. Go to the theater. For many, they do not witness racism or feel racism toward them the vast majority of the time. And that is misleading.
Because we have a long way to go.
Why are black people far more likely to be convicted of crimes that white people also commit- and likely to receive harsher sentencing?
Why do poor and black neighborhoods have less growth and insulation? The poor and minorities end up paying MORE than wealthier people do. Especially when you examine Loan applications and credit.
And Home appraisals favor whites. A black persons home is more likely to be appraised undervalue.
Not all the time. Maybe not even often. But often enough.
This makes it EASY to think racism is gone. A thing of the past. But it is here, embedded in the system. In the foundation of things because while things have improved, it's not been fully addressed. Including zoning and laws that are many decades old.
We did not clean up our mess. We just gave it a prettier facade.
That is Why it is called "Systemic Racism." It is not that white people are all a bunch of racists. It is that our system was built with racism, and that remained, even as our society slowly began to change.
It's still here.
Alongside of remaining racist attitudes.
There are rules. And most of the time, you won't notice. Most of the time, they are ignored and not enforced. But they are there. And sometimes, some bigot WILL enforce them. And in a society still confronting systemic racism - may even get away with it.
Seeing what is there, lurking behind our modern attitudes is a huge step toward being able to continue to do something about it.
And to not fall into the easy trap of thinking racism is a thing of the past. It isn't.
All shades of Human are involved and together, we can. But we do not know if we will see Real Success in our times; Our chances improve the more of us Recognize that lurking racism creeping underneath our modern world.
Recent political movements have indeed shed unintended light on just how prevalent it really remains.
