Greensboro area, and not much happened during that time. It wasn't that enjoyable at that time, to be honest. I did attract a lot of attention, some unwanted, and became friendly with a number of the residents. I was invited to a lot of parties and went to a few, but it was awkward for me then. I didn't enjoy experience of being the only white girl at these parties back then but learned to desire it in later years. Knowing what I know now, I would have made it more enjoyable for me.
...and feel free to relax and enjoy a good time with me whenever you're in the DMV area. (OK, I'm a lying sonofabitch...you'll have a good time guaranteed but it will only be "relaxing" during breaks...

I was 20, and I was there the whole three months. He did it for the thrill. Young white wife in an all-black neighborhood. What could go wrong? lol
It was only a couple of miles away from the project site he was working at, so convenient for him.

My husband like to stop at stores in black neighborhood where lots of guy hanging around outside when I am dressed in something he thinks is sexy, especially skirt and heel, he says he need something gum or whatever and cannot find the parking so I should go inside to get for him.

A friend took me to a black bar and I got sooooo much attention that I started going there without him and the things they would say and do to me had me speechless. I soon became a regular and had to take a break because I was becoming an alcoholic but loved every minute of it lol

When I worked at this pizza place a few years ago that is how it was. 90% of our staff was black men and white women with most of us being into black men.
