My wife chose the Bon4 cage for me a few years back, it shipped with two cages a normal and smaller one.
Naturally, I started wearing the larger option, which seemed fine when she was around and teasing....but during down times, it seemed way too big. So without being told (or asking), I switched to the smaller cage, basically assuming my wife wouldn't notice, since they're both clear.
So the next time I presented her with her key, she clicked it shut, gave her property a squeeze and simply said "Much better." It wasn't until much later that it dawned on me that she likely noticed and was commenting on me having the smaller cage on.
