Wouldn't consider myself a bull and there are some other expert bulls on b2w that may have a different answer but....my first answer would be wear an inviting smile and look that says i am open to conversation. Sometimes its as simple as eye contact. After that, it can be as simple as form fitting dresses, heels anything that accentuates her best assets. If you are bold, yes QOS wear may help but its not essential. But looks and conversation is the gateway.
