Said 3 photos would work if followed instructions. If this gon be a problem just refund my $30. Phone recently was shattered and even after getting fixed I am getting unable to load messages. I have been told a problem on hard drive or storage… frustrating

Your phone also seems to work fine - no problem taking pics, getting a gold membership, uploading multiple pictures numerous times and creating more than one account.
