Because this is so important, I checked Clark County business licenses today. Green Door still licensed. Red Rooster no information. The studios not listed, but owner posted her license was pulled some time ago. Kind of a mixed bag. BTW, could not find PlayhouseLV license.
I hope this changes by February.
Clark County has tried for years to shut down swing clubs in Las Vegas. Years ago we were at the Rooster on a Saturday night when the county assistant DA along with at least 20 police shut the party down. They harassed the people attending the party doing background checks like they were going to find a bunch of criminals. My husband challenged them verbally in public. They threatened to arrest him. He was the first to have a background check. They found nothing on anyone at the party. However, they did site the Rooster for not having a business license. The only reason they were not successful was that Mike and Chris who started the Rooster spent a small fortune in court fighting them. Mike and Chris made millions selling the land around the Rooster. Mike was willing to spend whatever it took to keep the Rooster open. Keeping the Rooster open was the most important thing in his life. To my knowledge, the Rooster has never had a business license. Their argument was that the Rooster was their home and that they could throw parties for their friends where everyone chipped in to cover the costs. The Studios could probably make that same argument as she lives or lived on site.
I don't know the current status of swing clubs in Las Vegas as we haven't been to a swing club in almost a year now! However,, Clark County has been wasting taxpayer's dollars for years fighting a losing battle against swing clubs.

There is a "China Town" area of Vegas on Spring Mountain on the West side of the strip.
Instead of spending a lot of time on the Strip (especially if you're going to spend casino time) go to Fremont St. about a mile or two further up Las Vegas Blvd
