That picture of him pretending to look directly at an eclipse smiling without glasses is apropos.
I got through 3 pages and had to stop. This is the same pattern as he's been doing since the 1980's. Smoke and mirrors, cherry-picked stats mixed with straight up lies. It's why it was posted to Breitbart and not the Times or something else that actually have widespread readers, some of whom are not already in his camp.
Talking points, easily refuted, for Trump supporters. He still can't figure out how to get beyond that base.

I am not disrespecting Kamala Harris, but do you think this guy has America's interests at heart when he applauds her?
Please. You post it, then want to duck from it. Typical.
I'll defend whatever I post. Like this:

Trump has so vocally complained about "mail-in voting", then, not ONLY wants Florida to have mail-in voting, but says he intends to vote by mail-in himself. WTF!
Come on Trumptards ... explain the logic & fairness to this Trump idea!? So, Trump says its too easy to fraud the voting rules with mail-in, but thinks its ok in Florida and for himself? I guess he thinks Florida is special, or, maybe he thinks Florida won't have fraudulent mail-in voting?
I wonder how he's gonna feel when he loses Florida?
I kinda "hope" Trump resists leaving the White House and has to be dragged out by his feet ... maybe even get stun-gunned! lt would be such perfect icing on the Trump Presidential cake ... heck, my dear old Dad has NOW banned discussion of politics in his house ... I mean BANNED! Anything policical comes up, mom just looks at me quietly and shakes her head "no" ... as saying "don't say anything ... just let it go" .... LOL
Dad's been voting Republican ever since Kennedy-Nixon, too ... but I think he's gonna sit this one out. I told him I'd take care of his mail-in vote for him if he liked, and my mom just ... yup .... shook her head "no" in silent. HAHAHA!

The Covid-19 has been deadly all around the world, since there is no cure that is the reason so many have died. Donald Trump did not tell anyone to inject bleach into their bodies, that is twisting what he said. President Trump is not responsible for one single death, typical Democratic Socialist way of thinking, blame the president because the government is expected to do everything for Americans. Trump is not a doctor and even if he was, there is no cure yet. Over 2,500,000 people die in this country every year. We pass a flu around every year and many die, I guess that makes us all killers because living normal everyday life cause many of us to infect others and some die. Yes it is terrible that 150,000 people have died because of this pandemic, this is America and Americans are very independent and don't like being told that they must wear masks, avoid crowds, and close businesses and churches. That is why America has so many deaths, nursing home deaths account for around 40% as well.

ignorance is bliss.....and you must be one happy MF

nothing new here...we all knew it anyway....even the republicans but they still put party over country....gop and Russia go hand in hand to destroy this country

'Soulmates': Michael Cohen describes his life as Trump's fixer in new book

A teaser for Michael Cohen’s book about his time as Donald Trump’s lawyer and fixer and his fall from grace was released on Thursday, after the US justice department had issued a gag order to stop the book’s publication that was later dropped.

The book, entitled Disloyal: The True Story of the Former Personal Attorney to President Donald J Trump, is slated to be released sometime in September, ahead of the presidential election in November.

Cohen ginned up pre-sales and tweeted about it on Thursday.

The day has finally arrived. I have waited a long time to share my truth. To read the foreword and pre-order my book DISLOYAL, visit https://t.co/Va4Rt0Zear
— Michael Cohen (@MichaelCohen212) August 13, 2020

In the book’s foreword Cohen, 53, mentions writing in his federal prison cell in upstate New York in his green inmate uniform.

He details his feelings of bewilderment at falling foul of the president of the United States after years of being “Trump’s first call every morning and his last call every night”.

“In some ways, I knew him better than even his family did because I bore witness to the real man,” he writes, calling Trump a con man, a predator, a racist, a bully and a liar.

In his cell, Cohen was about a year in to serving a three-year sentence on federal charges of tax evasion, making false statements, lying to Congress and facilitating illegal payments to silence women about their alleged affairs with Trump in the past, which the president denies. But Cohen was released in May after fears of Covid-19 spreading in federal prisons.

After tweeting that he was nearly finished with his book in July, Cohen was sent back to prison. The ACLU ended up joining a lawuit on his behalf to get him out, saying he was being retaliated against by the authorities, which was ultimately successful. A gag order from the justice department to halt the book’s publication was also dropped.

In the forward to the book, Cohen writes: “My insatiable desire to please Trump to gain power for myself, the fatal flaw that led to my ruination, was a Faustian bargain: I would do anything to accumulate, wield, maintain, exert, exploit power. In this way, Donald Trump and I were the most alike … soulmates.”

Cohen describes driving to Washington DC, from his home in New York ready to testify to Congress during the Trump-Russia investigation, and being terrified that someone would try to ******* him, which was why he didn’t go by plane or train, after receiving hundreds of death threats for turning against the president.

“I was wearing a baseball cap and sunglasses and I kept the speedometer at 80, avoiding the glances of other drivers,” he writes.

He also says that he had a panic attack and sobbed before testifying. Addressing Congress in February 2019, he accused Trump of criminal conspiracy and said Trump, when he was the Republican candidate in 2016, was aware of the infamous Trump Tower office meeting in New York between members of his presidential campaign, including ******* Donald Trump Jr, and a Russian lawyer with ties to the Kremlin, in order to receive damaging information about Hillary Clinton.

In his book foreword, he warns: “In these dangerous days, I see the Republican party and Trump’s followers threatening the constitution – which is in far greater peril than is commonly understood – and following one of the worst impulses of humankind: the desire for power at all costs.”

The Trump administration has tried and failed to stop some high-profile tell-alls. A damning book by the former national security adviser John Bolton, The Room Where It Happened, was published in June, while the excoriating and personal book Too Much and Never Enough, by Trump’s niece Mary L Trump, was published in July.

Poll: Biden maintains clear lead over Trump nationally

A Fox News poll
released Thursday shows former Vice President Joe Biden leading President Donald Trump by seven points nationally, indicating a steady lead for the presumptive Democratic nominee that is essentially unchanged since July.

Trump opposes extra funds for U.S. Postal Service to aid with mail-in voting

President Trump is opposing the Democrats' calls for additional funding for the U.S. Postal Service, as coronavirus relief talks remain stalled on Capitol Hill. CBS News' Skyler Henry joined CBSN with the latest out of the White House.

Pennsylvania — an important swing state — is pleading with the state's Supreme Court after the USPS said they couldn't guarantee on time delivery of mail-in-ballots

  • US Postal Service told the Pennsylvania Secretary of State that some ballots might not be delivered on time because their delivery standards couldn't accommodate the state's tight election deadlines, The Philadelphia Inquirer reported.
  • Pennsylvania's Department of State has now asked the Supreme Court to allow for mail ballots to be counted if they're received up
  • to three days after the Nov. 3 election date.
  • If approved that means the winner of the presidential race in the swing state won't be known for days after the election date.
  • 1% of the states 1,460,700 primary mail-in-ballots were rejected because they were late, NPR reported.

You can't look at this map of Covid cases in the last week and tell me this is a Democratic governor problem. You can try to deflect all you want but reality is staring you in the face.

Logic does not apply there as do the facts......he just ignores and has in his mind how things are...…..I have shown him numerous times how the last recession was on Bush....but in his mind Obama created it.....these right wingers just do not follow facts nor logic...….what is really sad....they are allowed to vote....should be a law on the "mentally challenged"

From your perspective, America first too. 🇺🇸 Trump has to champion American causes over other foreign interests even if it is Canada 🇨🇦
trump can not champion anything....if he could he should start with the virus....maybe so many would not hate him...….you trumptards seem to be a little to dense to pick up on things...…..but that number...the one showing the amount of deaths in the US....multiply that by 4 or five and you get another number of people against trump

so no matter how many he kills here....just that many more that dislike him....well except for you and allfor

I'll be going to the polls to vote, and I will go early. Weeks in advance to avoid crowds on election day, or having my vote squandered away somewhere in the mail.
