Had a full bush as a teen and in my 20's moved to a landing strip then in my 30's moved to smooth and have been that way ever since.

Smooth lips with hair on top for me. I vary from a little strip to a wide one to a big triangle of hair. I like that look that look the best. I've noticed a lot of women are letting it grow out now.
