started hitting the gym any advice?

I started to workout to be in better shape for blacks can anybody help?
I train people here in Texas.
For women I always recommend a good combination of cardio, stretching, yoga and muscle toning.
No need for heavy weights.It's all about the 'burn' lol
Consistency and intensity is more important than time in the gym.
3x a week is more than enough.
And for my sexy Snow Bunnies who want that BBC-worthy Ass... SQUATS. All variations: double legs, single legs, wall squats, jumping squats (assuming no knee problems), Roman-chair squats, and lunges. :) inbox me for more in-depth exercises :)
