Just so this thread isn't turned into another coronavirus debate, I'll link you to the other thread where this has all been discussed, to death. But the short answer is that both the event organizers and hotel are still planning on having the event for now. They're watching to see what happens, as the event is still more than three months away, and they will contact all the guests to discuss options if things have to change.

Atlanta was a great time. It was our first IR event of that size so we weren’t sure what to expect. We met some very nice people including some from here.
