1. You are not at your prime age. Guys 20 years younger than you playing competive sports.

Yes that No. 3 is the main reason why people have sex with different people. Because we are wired to find it more exciting, even if they are not as sexually attractive as your regular partner.
Women, especially mature women, with an established family don't leave their husbands to go back to solo dick with a non-cuck. It's like losing rights. So like with affairs. Women rarely leave their husband, its only when they get caught! Otherwise it goes on for decades and why?

From a woman's perspective she has the best of both worlds. What's better than having a safe home, husband and family to go to every day? Having all that and getting to date while they can focus entirely on the pleasurable fun aspects of relationships, without it conflating with the social/economic routine aspects of a relationship.
So, with the advent of birth control (or the menopause if you were lucky enough in the past to live that long) means that women can repeatedly get the sexual euphoria that comes with dating, meeting up once every few weeks, while not putting their relationship/family development on hold.
Humans are practical beings. We've just been told a bunch of superstition by our governments, media, and religious institutions to achieve their organisation's particular goals. Much of which was intended for an earlier time of human development (pre contraception/safe abortion).
So my only advice would be. Look at things from first principles. Understand what you and your wife need from life. If you already talk about other guys fucking her, and she's cool by that. Then she probably understands this more on a pleasure front than you think.
