What I explained I specifically broke down and explained for the understanding and benefit of men. Meaning if a man can focus on the two separate most important aspects of the health of the penis which is: The circulatory and chemical processes (which is how you get hard and stay hard from the ******* pumping into the penis and staying in their to create an erection) and also the Muscular function.
When I was in infantry school in the Marine Corps they trained us how to fight with an ink pen, a tent peg, a shovel, a rock, our helmets. Are any of these items actual weapons? Speaking of kegel exercises I personally use spoons for weights. I use string and make a loop for the penis at one end and make a small loop at the other end.
