Nope. It's not as good as here.
Do they charge? i wonder. i thought it was "free" (you`ll get some ads though
).AFAiK there is not much going on there in the forums.
They do have a video chat, but that used to be not very well programmed (flash based and slow ;( ); maybe that has changed meanwhile, but iDK. Haven`t been there for a long time and have no intent to go back. (You know what they say, "Once you go Black to white ..." *lol* )
