Just for your information, now that the U.S. President, Barack Obama has publicly announced his United States Supreme Court nominee of Judge Merrick Garland, you (U.S. citizens), can NOW make your voices heard to any or ALL of the members of the Senate Judiciary Committee, found in the article of the following link: https://www.healthreformvotes.org/senate-judiciary.php

Let's not do what Republican Senate Majority Leader, Mitch McConnell suggested yesterday to wait for November to let our voices be heard.

Let's use our voices NOW!

The voters spoke when they elected Obama in 2008 and AGAIN in 2012 by 5 million votes ... and now I heard on MSNBC this afternoon that IF Democrats win the POTUS again, the Republicans will address Obama's selection rather than allow Hillary Clinton to address the Supreme Court vacancy.
Frik'n RETARDS ... the whole bunch of 'em.

Lol.

The people may still speak, Mac. The two prior elections have nothing directly to do with the people's encouragement of the Senate Judiciary Committee to hold the hearing other than successfully electing the most competent President this country has ever elected. He has done his job. It's time for tha Senate Judiciary Committee to do theirs!

The Constitution is crystal clear on what the Senate must do when it comes to considering a nominee to the Supreme Court. We'll let Minority Leader Harry Reid, a Democrat, explain, for he does it well: "Nowhere in the Constitution does it say the Senate has a duty to give presidential nominees a vote."

Of course when he said that the situation was reversed

things have a tendency to get twisted when it comes to memory.... but at any rate it just shows this band of politicians inability to govern
