Is there any kind of hotwife scene on the east end of the GTA?

Every couple I've been with so far has been in Toronto, north of Toronto, or west of Toronto. Only one couple in Whitby. And never in Ajax, Pickering, or Oshawa.
Anyone who can shed some light on this?
