How we should do it the first time?

Hello, we are a couple around 28yo enjoying the cuckold "life-style" just as a fantasy and role games since several years ago and we sometimes think about making it finally real.
We were very close once but Covid came, we met this bull and his BBC online and we thought about getting a cheap hotel room for one night in our city, he would come for one hour or so and then leave so we could spend the rest of the night in the room or maybe coming back home.
Is this a good way to do it? How would you do it?
We don't want to let them know where we live, atleast yet, plus the sounds our neighbours could hear. We are not sure about going to one of their places either.

Sounds familiar, a motel is a good idea. Never bring a stranger into your home until you really know who they are. As for staying or going home that kind of depends on many things. If the meeting was early in the evening and the extra guy is gone before it's late we went home. Often to make love again and enjoy not having to get up and out early to avoid that sometimes to high late checkout fee. If things really click and you have a lot of sex staying over night is a good option especially if drinking too much was included in the night games. We tried to discourage drinking of anything but a beer or two. My choice ******* guys think there fucking like studs, most times they are not. Something to keep in mind if she's looking for more than a quick fuck. Be careful, don't take a wallet full of cash and credit cards or wear expensive jewelry.
