How to do deal with people finding out your lifestyle ?

My wife and I are new to this lifestyle and we, especially she worries that our friends and family will some how find out. Was wondering if any of you have any advice on what you have done about trying to stay discreet and what to do if you are found out ?

We made the mistake of going too local and hosting too fast in the beginning..hotels, the guy's apartment if he lives far enough away is good if you know him, otherwise outdoors and your vehicle is good in a pinch.

Most of my friends know how I am, work takes up a lot of my life so I am careful, some know there but those that do have indulged so to speak so they wouldn't betray my confidence.
