The big thing is just getting the mental understanding of the cameraman to just not put your upper face (or just your head in general) out of the frame. That reduces the time taken to blur out the face by hours to even days!

We use video mosaic app. It’s free and the blur will follow your face to a point. You may have to do some manually.
