Does soft size matter?

It seems a peculiar thing but lately flaccid size comparisons have become quite interesting to me. Any of you ladies agree that flaccid size matters?

No. Flaccid size does not matter. Not even erect size that much. One of the most important factors is color. And how the man attached to the penis uses it, of course!
