I am seriously considering undergoing an orchiectomy (testicle removal) and my wife is very supportive. It has many feminizing benefits.
-testosterone can no longer be produced so the recipient becomes estrogen dominant.
-erections (tiny as they are) become almost impossible post surgery.
-increased estrogen usually results in breast growth (gynecomastia) & dramatic reduction in facial hair.
-the post recovery visuals are female gender affirming as only my tiny clit-like penis would remain. Its original small size has already been greatly reduced through feminizing herbs and supplements that my wife has been feeding me over the past few years. Constant caging has helped shrinkage too.
The other alternative that I have been actively exploring is beginning HRT first. I have been cleared by my gender affirming therapist and my pre-treatment ******* tests have indicated that I am good to go.
I am inclined to go through HRT first and see what feminizing effects take place over the next two years. I could then have my balls removed afterwards. If my natural breast growth isn’t significant enough, I would then have the option of breast augmentation.
