The Science Shows is that having sex in a certain way will help your chances of speedy conception.
No particular sex position has been proven to improve the odds of pregnancy. But, MRI study of positions indicates, that ejaculating sperm as close to the cervix’s opening, improves the odds.
Make sure that the penis’s tip is deepest in the vagina. Along with full penetration, two sex styles are ideal for depositing the sperm right at the opening of the cervix:
Man-on-Top, aka Missionary style; releases sperm at the top of the uterus opening.
Man-from-Behind, aka Doggy style; releases sperm at the top of the uterus opening.
After Intercourse:
a) Prop your pelvis. Tuck a pillow under your hips after sex so that gravity can move semen toward your uterus. 15 to 20 minutes of this is enough.
b) Put legs up. Rest with your legs up a wall, or let your partner hold your legs up, which is another way to let gravity assist the sperm.
c) Lie still. Doing this for a spell can help sperm get where they’re going. About 15-20 minutes should do it. Then, empty your bladder to help flush away any germs hanging out near your urethra that could lead to a urinary tract infection.
You might sometimes notice moisture on your underwear or on the toilet paper after sex. It’s likely semen, the liquid part of sperm. Rest assured that healthy sperm are determined little swimmers. By 15 to 20 minutes after sex, they’re already in your uterus and traveling toward the fallopian tubes. So don’t let leakage get you down.
What to Avoid
a) Douching; your vagina does a fabulous job of cleaning itself, so no need to douche. It might even strip healthy bacteria in the vagina that guard against yeast infections. You don’t want to flush semen out of the vagina at a time when you want as many sperm as possible to reach your egg.
b) High-Impact Exercise; No scientific evidence shows that vigorous physical activity lowers your chances of conception after sex. But you may feel more comfortable or be less likely to second-guess yourself if you skip heavy workouts after a roll in the hay.
How Much Sex
Regardless of the position you use, you won’t be able to get pregnant unless you have frequent and regular sex around the time of ovulation, when the woman is most likely to get pregnant. Sperm stays inside the uterus for up to 5 days after having sex. If you have chosen only one man to impregnate you, have him sex you every other day. Make sure that he inseminates you on your ovulation day. In short, have your man sex you at least three times the week you’re fertile. BTW, the man with a thick and long tool is the man who breeds you.
“Missionary position” The woman lies on her back and the man is on top of the woman. The pelvis isn’t tipped in this position so that the sperm have an easier time getting into the cervix. Penetration is the deepest.
“Missionary position, enhanced-1” Similar to the missionary position. The woman lies on her back and the man is on top. The man is on his hands and knees in the beginning and has his legs extended. The female pelvis is raised with a pillow and the woman wraps her legs around the torso of the man. This allows for better penetration and tilts the pelvis in an upward fashion, conducive for the passage of sperm into the cervix. The advantage of this position is that it allows the man and woman to become aroused, which makes sex more gratifying.
“Missionary position, enhanced-2” Similar to the missionary position. Woman lies on her back with her legs raised above her head. The man can penetrate more deeply as her pelvis is tipped and gravity helps bring the sperm into contact with the egg. This position allows for the man’s deepest penetration into the vagina and helps by hitting the G spot. Woman’s orgasm helps bring the sperm into contact with the egg in conception.
“Doggy position” The woman gets on he hands and knees and faces away from the man. Man is on his knees with his penis has deep penetration into the vagina. Woman’s cervix is in open position. The penis is to touch the G spot, in the woman’s vagina with better clitoral stimulation. By placing a pillow under the woman’s belly, bringing the vagina higher up, making for easier and deeper penetration.
“Doggy position, enhanced-1” Similar to the doggy position. The man bends over so that his chest is in contact with woman’s back. The woman is stabilized by placing a pillow under her head. When woman bends at the waste, the tilt of the pelvis is greater the sperm has a better chance of entering the cervix. This position, assures the penis to hit the G spot during sex and clitoris is stimulated.
