It was a series and I would put it in the 90s mid 90s I think.

The character's name is Dr. Hisss
The series is called The Bots Master from 1993 it was an American/French/Canadian series that ran for one season with forty episodes.

I saw it too but I forgot about it. I recall the scientist that worked with THE CORP. Funny how it foreshadowed Microsoft and other IT companies that did not exist back then. I recall an episode where THE CORP was started in a garage just like may IT companies of our era did too?

I always thought Gwen would have been better than Mary Jane to go into the future with.
Gwen Stacey was a love interest for Spiderman from another reality.
I know but I always liked her more than Mary Jane. I always thought it would be perfect to have the combo of Peter Parker and Gwen Stacy as well as Spiderman and Spider-Gwen. Granted I know technically they both couldn't exist in the same realm minus Into the Spiderverse.
