Seeing as the quality of life has quickly regressed for most middle/poor people SINCE Trump became President, I'd say about the best Biden can hope for, if he doesn't gain an initial trifecta, will be to TRY and put us back to the point the country was IN before he took office.
Seeing as he, Harris, and their administration will probably spend the first 2 years trying to mend & regain friendships with many of our allies that Trump pissed off, I wouldn't expect a whole lot the first two years .... other than REVERSING ALL OF TRUMP'S STUPID EXECUTIVE ORDERS. It'll be impossible to mend the damage Trump did by passing out highly classified information to our adversary, Russia.

Klaus Fuchs, a German-born British scientist who helped developed the atomic bomb, was arrested in Great Britain for passing top-secret information about the bomb to the Soviet Union. While the check was underway, British authorities received information from the American Federal Bureau of Investigation that decoded Soviet messages in their possession indicated Fuchs was a Russian spy.
Truman allegedly told Stalin in On July 25, 1945 that the US had the atmic bomb. Only for Stalin to show no interest in the announcement due to the Soviets already having detailed plans, information about the US and British atomic research, development and production for near to two years since the Manhatten project start on August 13, 1942.
