Admins : change in gender

Hello Admins,

We have been trying to change the gender on our profile to "Couple " for a while now but have been unsuccessful. We even had a conversation with another gentleman who ran into the same issue. We tried contacting the administration then too but there was no response and both of us dropped it thinking it could not be done

We logged in today to notice the gender was changed from Female to Male. This leads us to believe that there is someone who has access to it and can help us with the change. We want to put in a request for it to be changes to "Couple" please.

I'm also trying to change it. I found an old thread from 2018 that stated if you verify as a couple to the admins can change it. Not sure if that's true by Wife, and I plan on trying
