I'm still trying to understand what your "real" issue is, hungteacher. as those photos of youngnccouplex show no attempt of fake identity representation. I thought our initial discussion was regarding photos & vids marked "copyright protected". I believe your argument was that it didn't have to show it was copyright protected to be a stolen photo or video, and that one could be heavily fined or penalized using someone else's photo.
Is that correct?
At any rate, I looked at all the photos youngnccouplex posted here (that I could immediately find -about 10) and noticed that in none of those photos was the face visible or a copyright stamp/notice visible. No punishable violations with those, I wouldn't think.
IMHO, no harm/no foul that youngnccouplex chooses photos to enhance their representation on b2w as long as they aren't claiming themselves original to the photos they've posted. With no facial shots and no copyright encroachment, I see nothing that is a "legal" violation; maybe an ethical violation ... but gesh, that's the IN THING in politics ... unethical people everywhere.
So, is the REAL ISSUE just that someone is using photos that are not true representations of themselves? I use a caricature of a couple as my avatar; certainly not my wife & me BUT a darn good representation of us some 8-10 years ago. Although, I'm not trying to find sex or romance with others, I don't see using a cartoon character as my avatar.
IF my wife & I were looking for other people for sexual involvement, we'd vet the person(s) with phone & video chat, then a quick meeting some place like a sports bar. I don't think BlackToWhite makes any claims as to the validity of any one or any thing said; their website is strictly intended as an entertainment website. They've tried to offer a lot of services here (chatrooms, validation, specific sections for vented members) at the request of members here, but they make no claim of validity to those you correspond with here. Nope, not at all. Using the word "steal" to me indicates ones desire to take something from someone to make "profit" or "gain' ... like stealing the words or notes to a song. Taking "credit" or "ownership". That, to me, is a good example of stealing. Another would be to take a photo or video that's clearly marked as "copyright protected", removing the copyright stamp/markings, and using that photo or video ( in our case, anyway) for their own use.

Photos or videos not properly marked or noted as private or copyright material is not going to result in legal issues against those who copy those materials. The original poster may request that the individuals/source quit using their private photos, and the the photos/videos may or may not be taken down, but they surely will reappear elsewhere on the internet. A website, such as this one, would comply with removing the photos, but not necessarily on a personal blog.

Now if you have specific instances of my second paragraph explanation not being correct, by all means show me the instances where people have been sued and won a case on non-copyright material. In the case of youngnccouplex, the negative comment regarding a photo of her breasts was the issue ... I have at least a hundred photos of women's breasts, and I can show you at least a half dozen that look exactly like the one youngnccouplex used, and I know for a fact the photos aren't of the same person. Now if you have a facial photo, we might have something to go on.

I'm not trying to be difficult or argumentive with you hungteacher, I'm just trying to be practical. Remember, you invited my response, and I appreciate that. I wasn't aware I needed to define stealing. So, here we go. Stealing is the act of taking something that is not yours. You can steal a loaf of bread, or you can steal intellectual property. You do not need to make a profit from it, you just need to take it without permission. Or do you not respect the creation of photos, videos and art made by other people?

So in your world, the internet is just one big cesspool of stuff you can freely TAKE without consequence?
