Haha, penis size is not related to intelligence nor to shoe size nor anything someone can come up with who doesn't have an understanding of the subject matter.

One part that contributes to size is genetics. Many people wrongly assume that a male person with a ******* who has a big penis will also have a big one. Hint: The mom's half of chromosomal set also contributes to the mix (even she doesn't have a penis herself).
