Having been to Splash Mocha, I can tell you that you can go at whatever pace you want. No one is pressuring you, but it is extremely natural just to get into the play. If you want a slower time, sit out on the outside patio (where the smokers are). It is very relaxed and you can just sit and chat. If you want to get more lively but no sex, just go sit by the pool. The entire hotel is gathered by the pool and it is pretty lively. At night you can just dance a while, but after 30 minutes, the dance floor is fairly empty because people just gravitate toward the play rooms. Even there, though, you can just sit and watch and vibe. You don't have to participate. There are plenty of chairs (arranged in certain rooms, in a way that is consistent with what that room might be intended for).

Give it a go. It is amazing!
