With all due respect to everyone voicing an opinion on what has happened to OnlyFans, the facts are actually pretty cut and dry..it is about money and specifically un-taxed revenues being earned and paid out from the site to content creators. On January 25th, 2021 Thom Stokley and Fenix International Limited (FIL) in London were served a regulatory declaration from the United States Department of Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control that threatened the Stokley's and Radvinsky with international banking sanctions that would freeze their assets in the London inter-bank system and bar them from conducting transactions through the US Fed system. Essentially OnlyFans would be "dead" financially unless they agreed to play ball with the US Treasury and provide full earnings for the last 5 years on every content creator based out of the US. For people like Angela White and Mindi Mink who don't report and repatriate their earnings from the site instead moving the proceeds and keeping them off-shore this is a lot of unpaid taxes. It also will potentially get bushels of amateur content creators who for years have "flown under the radar" and never reported the revenue stream to the IRS. This is nothing more than a regulatory tax squeeze because of WHO was inaugurated on Jan 20th. The Stokley's and Radvinsky have decided to pull the plug on most of the content because they just can't stand the regulatory pressure on their OTHER (Gaming) business interests. The Stokley's have decided to do a "Pirate Bay" sell OnlyFans as a constricted business/web domain and re-surface in Cyprus with the same model in 22 or 23. For everyone who has content make sure you DELETE it before December 1st from the site. If you didn't report income from OnlyFans and generated more than $600 a year expect to receive a nasty-gram from the IRS pdq...For everyone else its PronHub, ManyVids or JustforFans until Fandomania happens (If it happens at all).
