can someone tell me why receiving oral sex does absolutely nothing for me?

i was told it is an issue of control where with im reluctant to relinquish it (control/power).

can anyone give me more insight on this matter please.

Everyone is different... Personally, I'm extremely long lasting, so oral is a pretty tall order for me.
