It were not the criminals who did, it was US Congress!
The criminals have been liable for their actions even before "FOSTA", and the States have been enabled to prosecute them without limitations.
The problem is that this law makes service providers liable for actions made by third parties ("users") not themselves, while there is knowledge that users can never be controllable nor can misuse be prevented 100% by any existing means in no way shape or form.
An equivalent example would be to make builders and operators of a street liable for any incident that occurred on it, like a car crash, for instance. Who thinks this would make sense?

Right but I mean ******* is run amuck on sites like it causing Congress to make crazy law holding the site accountable for actions occurring on it. If nobody was using the site for illegal gains, there would be no need for the law
Hate to see the CL personals gone. It was hit or miss for me. I've never found a Queen of Spades on there like I've been hoping, but I have found a couple females to play with, outside of this type of lifestyle. Looking for a QoS, I found catfish and fakes.

Yeah, I saw that. I have had some good times from it. Now I'm going to have to find another way to hook up without credit cards & scams.
Saw something today about u tube. Seems since they've recently removed all gun related video, a lot of the gun clips are now being shown on pornhub? I didn't personally see this, but if true, things are getting very fucked up.

Wow gone huh? CL really helped me along with this wonderful site to branch out, wonderful encounters never a bad experience. But the very persistent bi men who do not take no for an answer I won’t miss one bit.

Yep - DOA. The only section they kept was the "missed connections", they put it in the section above where the personal used to be.
Think folks will turn it into the new personals section if possible?
