Nudist beaches - Tampa area

I've talked with several on here that there is a nudist beach close to Tampa. Where its common to walk around and show off? does anyone know if this is true? and if its popular? It could be a fun event during the summer.

It’s probably easier to come to Playalinda. It’s not the gulf, but it’s nude af

The only place I know of is Passage Key. Its a small island between St. Pete and Bradenton Beach.
On weekends during the summer its quite popular. Of course you will need a boat to get there.

i remember reading something about that. i think is was on the gandy bridge between tampa & st pete.

it was a small area surrounded by trees & bushes to shield from hwy. that is my best recollection.

That is correct, but the trees have been thinned out and the police are watching the area more closely.

Make the drive over to Haulover Nude Beach in North Miami...it's well worth it. It's AWESOME!

We will be leaving St. Augustine (headed through Pensacola area) and had hoped to find something off that direction rather than going further south.

We are traveling to Miami/Tampa & Orlando this June, we are from Germany.
Are there any nudist beaches "with more opportunities" ?
I think of some hard drift -wood for my wife

Blind creek in fort pierce is great
I do not know of any in Tampa - but there is

Paradise Lakes and also Caliente Club & Resorts​

Nudist beaches? Mostly on the East coast, and up north (Playalinda) and then one I know of down near Miami.

But if you're near Tampa, just north of there it's nudism central. There are so many resorts and camps in the Land O'Lakes area than anywhere else in the country. We go to one near there.
