Just two remarks: First, you say "We’ve been together 6 years and she’s never been with another guy". Well, how would you know? 
And second: In my opinion it is never a good idea to build a relationship on doubt or suspicion. Your trying to test your girlfriend shows a lack of trust. my advice: work on your trust/honesty levels instead. Her finding out (which will happen) that she's victim of a test set up by you will bring your relationship into big trouble. Be da man and act wisely!
