Miami or Tampa next March

My wife turns 55 next March. We want to visit nice sunny places and have some private IR encounters. Will travel far, so want to prepare well in advance. Would appreciate any suggestions: like where to: Tampa or Miami? Hotel or AirB&B? and where to look for nice company? 55 is the age where you cannot just plunge in. Please help. We are both fit and slim, wife is very sexually active.
