For Me It's Just The Highest Suit Face Card In The Deck.
On A Related Note "King Of Hoes" (KOH) Seems To Be The Perfect Paired Term For "Queen Of Spades" (QOS).
After All "Spade" And "Hoe" Can Both Be Interpreted As Compliment Or Slur.
Also Both Are Gardening Tools.
