Yesterday I was up at the hospital visiting a family member & here comes in a short thick nurse (juicy ass) through the scrubs, glasses, hair up on a bun! The whole innocent look I like & super friendly & to top it off she had on a Queen Of Spade anklet on! We locked eyes a few times & I did let her know that I acknowledge her anklet with a wink (she smiled). Moral of my story is I will be going back up to the hospital for a visit today
