Laser only works for black or dark brown hair and isn't permanent. I've had it done twice and back to shaving.

It's the same problem as laser. See, hair grows in 3-4 waves. So you go to laser or electrolysis for 3-5 (or more) sessions and get all that hair killed off. Then, 3 months later another bunch of follicles comes out of dormancy and back you go for another 3-5 (or more) sessions. Repeat another two or three times and you might then have got most of the hair. The cost, the pain - not worth it.
