The vid isn't clear but it looks like its talking about the c-spot. It's that spot right by the cervix a little past the a-spot. I've also heard the clit called the c-spot too but not often. The cervix is normally blocks the posterior fornix - but when a woman is aroused, the cervix moves up providing access to the posterior fornix.
