It would help IF you'd fill out your profile ... tell us if you're married or in a relationship .... sounds like you're not, and that the only thing you want is to be a voyeur and jerk off. Sounds like the one you're doing it with likes that as well. No cheating there ... just a lot of frustrations, I imagine. Is your accomplice married to someone else, maybe?
