In one of your hobbies, fun activities or even at work, find an in-shape single black guy you click with, and build a genuine friendship. Over time, gradually invite him over for dinner and other family activities. Also, you and the wife go out with him, to dinner, movies, etc. Don't rush, just let nature take its course and pay attention to your wife. If she shows signs of growing attraction to the black friend, then it will be time to gradually ease into the idea of him being a lover to your wife. [NOTE: Be aware that the wife may get flustered as her attraction develops, and sometimes even keep distance from the black friend as her sexual desire for him gets strong, because she will be internally confused and possibly in denial of the attraction]. Once your black friend is comfortable with the idea of being with your wife, have him subtly start paying special attention to your wife. At that time begin to draw your wife out about her feelings, and then let her know you are comfortable with her attraction to the black friend, as you understand that sexual attraction is instinctive and not controllable. Don't push, or rush, just let things happen naturally.
In the case of my late wife, it took 18 months from making friends with my black co-worker to them becoming lovers. We began a polyamory relationship that lasted just over 10 years, 1978-88!
The important thing here is that it MUST be her genuine wish for this to happen. If she shows NO developing sexual desire toward the black friend, then you'll have to accept that she will never take a lover, black or otherwise, and respect her feelings. She's an independent person, and not a puppet.
