that does suck. I totally hear you and understand. So many jobs nowadays are just pure *******. companies seem to not care at all about the most valuable resource-their people. And they cant make the excuse, its about the bottom line because more than half of the companies in the US are making less profit today than they did 10 years ago. The new way of doing business is cutting costs, not increasing revenues. If thats what MBA graduates have learned after paying $75 for their masters, its money down the toilet.

I get the sense that you are a very intelligent and successful woman. Do you find a lot of men are intimidated by you?

A lot of the pain was self-inflicted. I chose to stay out late and be an extreme social butterfly. The bosses encouraged it because it was good for business, but they still expected the real work to get done.

I'm a bedroom submissive, so it is an easy adjustment for me if I want to pursue something but sense the other party is somehow intimidated.
